**The Role**

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help coordinate and grow our social media presence, creating content that showcases our brand, engages our audience, and drives growth.

As a member of our growing Aussie business, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always looking to learn and improve the teams' efficiencies and capabilities with your creative ideas. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling social media posts, including graphics, photos, videos, and stories.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that align with marketing goals.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure cohesive branding across platforms.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our brand relevant.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience with social media platforms and content creation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, CapCut and alike)
- Skills in graphic design and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite (InDesign/Illustrator), or similar).
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and nutrition
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Assist with customer communications and services
- Ability to work autonomously

**Hours and location**:

- 37.5 hours per week on a contract basis
- Onsite fulltime at Twisted HQ in Ingleburn

**Job Type**: Contract

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ingleburn, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
