Allura Partners are currently working with a leading international FMCG company, which are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant to support the Transformation Manager. The organisation is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter, able to work within tight deadlines, supporting the program team across a range of initiatives. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing and collaborative team, working across a diverse range of initiatives.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the Transformation Manager and team with all administration tasks
- Scheduling meetings, room bookings and maintaining a monthly schedule of project events
- Developing detailed documentation, including templates, handbooks, and new process documents
- Supporting project managers with stakeholder identification and providing support as required

**Required Experience**:

- At least 2 years administration experience within a Project Coordinator or Executive Assistant Role
- Demonstrable experience using Teams and the full Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- High-level time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work according to the importance.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail, High-level organisation skills and result-orientated
