Base is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator, an organised and proactive team player with an interest in branding, art direction and digital design.

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will help steer studio workflow, project planning and timelines, maintain clear communication and alignment across the team and our clients. You will work under the guidance of the Account Director, learning the ropes while keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project planning, resourcing and timeline management.
  • Track project progress and deliverables; flag potential risks early.
  • Support day-to-day communication with clients.
  • Help the creative team ensure deliverables meet brief and scope.
  • Proof and review documents ahead of presentations.
  • Actively engage in the creative process from kickoff to delivery.
  • Support studio workflow, resourcing and time-tracking.
  • Contribute to proposals and contract administration.
  • Provide light administrative support.

For this role we are looking for someone with:

  • 0–2 years' experience in a creative-agency or related environment (internships count).
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cultural engagement and curiosity about the world.
  • Melbourne-based with full Australian working rights.
  • Full-time (9 am – 6 pm, Mon–Fri). Freelancers with senior-level digital skills are welcome to introduce themselves.
