We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Manager to lead the implementation and management of Digital Engineering processes related to our construction projects. As the Digital Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Digital Engineering workflows and processes across a range of projects. You will work closely with project teams in delivery, ensuring that projects run smoothly and promote the benefits of digital ways of working.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the Digital Engineering Manager and 3D Model Manager across key projects
- Establishment of processes, guides, and workflows for the management of digital information
- Oversee the accuracy and completeness of BIM models, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, facilitating clear communication among project stakeholders. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and problem-solving.
- Run 3D model validation and compliance reviews, including the integration of design, construction, As Built and asset data for Asset Information handover
- Assist in the coordination of services, clash detection management and attendance at coordination project meetings
- Producing monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation
- Evaluate and select appropriate BIM software and tools, ensuring alignment with technological advancements in building technology. Provide training and support to team members to promote skill development and proficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Technical proficiency across multiple platforms and digital engineering related software, from design authoring, validation, analytics, cloud collaboration platforms, construction management tools through to asset integration
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration, coordination, and conflict resolution with both technical and non-technical team members
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation, planning, prioritising and time management skills.
- Experience in delivering to the Victoria Digital Assets Policy
