**About the Role**

This position focuses on providing technical expertise to manage, oversee, and support People Systems, ensuring icare maximizes the effectiveness and efficiency of these systems in driving P&C processes and able to collaborate with system users, service teams, project groups and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues, while ensuring People systems are configured and operated according to best practices.

**Duties**

It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role, you will:

- Support the end-to-end implementation process, including configuration, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors modules.
- Tier 3 escalation point for all People systems functional issues or queries, SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Compensation and Learning), SAP Fieldglass, Qualtrics, Microsoft SharePoint, TRIM and ServiceNow.
- Key contact point for system integration with HR systems e.g. SailPoint Management, Okta, Page Up, Enable, ServiceNow, SCPI, S/4 SAP. Work closely with functional and technical teams to design solutions that align with HR objectives.
- Provide guidance and advice to process owners to develop their understanding of new features and functionality and drive an agreed agenda and plan of uptake of system upgrades and enablement of business processes.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors functional/technical landscape.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to integrate them with SAP solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working effectively with third parties to resolve where required.
- Well-developed data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Strong stakeholder (both internal and external) management skills.
- Tertiary level qualification in a business technology or related discipline or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through extensive practical experience.
- Experience in project methodologies i.e being able to demonstrate and follow project governance and methodologies such as waterfall and agile principals will be desirable
