**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the HRIS Manager and part of a wider People & Safety team, you will will be responsible for the support and maintenance of Bingo People Systems (including SuccessFactors) and for the production, management, and analysis of People and Payroll data. The insight from this analysis will be used to drive People & Culture investments and talent management decisions, and assess People and Safety programs' effectiveness.

Partner with the specialist teams including Payroll, Learning and Development and People and Culture to maintain and update system configuration including maintaining procedural documentation
Document and carry out testing of system solutions across People and Payroll functional areas.
Provide advice to People teams on how to improve our Bingo processes by exploring technology options
Ensure data integrity across all People and Payroll systems
Develop, analyse and provide workforce metrics and performance indicators to inform senior management. Analysis will assist management to make informed business decisions.
Work as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the People function (including WGEA and Mercer benchmarking)

**What you bring**:
A motivated and proactive people data and systems specialist who wants to own and lead projects to deliver results. You have strong knowledge and experience across multiple People and Culture areas including Payroll. Certification for SuccessFactors people modules is desired but not required. You have exceptional Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to process and manipulate high volumes of data and develop meaningful insights (e.g. complex formulas, pivot tables, lookup table, VBA)

You are excited to work alongside other People & Culture specialists and directly with operational leaders. You will be joining a supportive team but also enjoy working autonomously and managing your own day, ensuring deliverables are met with strong attention to detail.
