Overview
Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. Our Commerce Execution Suite helps brands, retailers, and retail channel partners gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize in-store and online pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role in Australia.
This position supports the Snooper App in the APAC region, an award-winning crowdsourcing solution for retail execution that automates in-store data collection to empower customers with live data for pricing, product assortment, and promotional activity decisions. You will be responsible for the success of client campaigns and for providing actionable insights to leaders in the FMCG and Retail industries. You will work as part of our Data & Insights team, coordinating with growth, community management, and tech teams.
Responsibilities
Translate client needs into Snooper missions to optimize data collection speed and accuracy.
Manage data validation processes and perform data integrity analyses to maximize the quality of insights; lead a team of data reviewers as needed.
Coordinate client interactions to gather input and provide updates throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Build dashboards using SQL queries to translate real-time data collected by shoppers into actionable insights on the Snooper platform.
Perform additional data analyses to meet specific business needs and help clients leverage their data.
Monitor campaign progress and results, take appropriate actions to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Contribute to optimizing operational processes to support company growth by developing new tools and automation for the product.
Collaborate with product and IT teams to build tools that support growth.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical skills with experience validating and interpreting data.
Good knowledge of Excel formulas.
Proficiency in SQL and building dashboards.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
