Who are we?

For many people, coffee is life. It's the first thing they think of in the morning, what they look forward to at night, and how they tolerate their colleagues in between. We get it, because coffee is life for us too. We dedicate every waking moment to producing, sharing and teaching coffee.

Our Adelaide-based roastery is where the magic happens and we have been around for 15 years, we're all about ethically sourced and locally roasted specialty coffee. Caffeine enthusiasts can drop in to sample our coffee at the in-house cafe, pick up beans for home, and sign up to coffee training to improve their at-home game. Behind the scenes, we're individually roasting our huge range of responsibly sourced single origin beans according to flavour and the high standards of our loyal fans

Before supplying them to hundreds of cafes and homes around Australia that care about coffee just as much as us. It's a big job but someone has to do it

Patio Coffee Roasters is seeking a motivated, reliable and all round awesome person to join our warehouse team We are looking for someone that can manage our warehouse in the roastery.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Ensure a high quality of customer service whilst Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.
- Fulfilling wholesale and retail orders
- Assess roasted coffee stock levels and maintain efficient rotating of stock.
- General warehouse duties to ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean, tidy and organised manner
- Daily packing of coffee orders and receivable of incoming goods
- Oversee processing of all coffee orders, respond as required in a professional and timely manner.
- Other warehouse and front of house duties as required
- monitor and maintain general store stock levels, and ensure efficient rotation of stock.
- Provide clear direction to other employees and feedback as necessary

**Qualifications and Experience**:
The ability to work under pressure, and takes responsibility for own actions

Superior coffee knowledge/passion and basic barista experience is essential.

Analytical thinking with business awareness with a professional approach

Cafe/roastery experience favourable

Full drivers license essential

Previous warehouse/logistics experience favourable

Strategic thinking and effective management of time and resources

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Positive attitude towards change and have the ability to lead by example

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
