About this role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Roastery Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our roastery.
- Roasting and packing high-quality coffee beans will be a key responsibility of this position.
- Driving and delivering beans to our customers across Australia is also an essential task.
- Packing and preparing online orders must be done efficiently.
- Maintaining the tidiness of the roastery and warehouse is crucial for our operations.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A friendly and approachable manner with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for coffee or a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- A full driver's license and a forklift license (desirable).
- Experience in a related field, such as warehouse management or logistics.
- Any trade, technical or mechanical experience would be highly valued.
