We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.
**Job Description**:
Due to ongoing growth within the business, an exciting opportunity exists for a Case Manager to join our Toll Transitions team based in either **Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide**. As a Case Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting relocation iniatives by being the single point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families during their relocation across Australia. Our Case Managers strive to ensure that all ADF Members experience a superior relocation.
This is a permanent fulltime role, operating during standard business hours Monday - Friday. This role offers job security, long term career growth and development opportunities, alongside hybrid work arrangements and a positive team environment where you'll feel encouraged to grow.
As the Case Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating ADF members and their families through world class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
- Expectation Management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
- Proactive and technically competent administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance with PACMAN and Client Key Performance Indicators.
- Effective & continuous collaboration with Case Management Associates to ensure seamless management of relocation tasks ensuring timely outcomes for the ADF members.
**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Case management experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- Experience in Global Mobility, Assignment Management, managed services, Insurance or Travel would be advantageous
- The ability to interpret policy and legislation
- Ability to become accredited to Toll Transitions in-house case management training programme
- Sound understanding of the Relocation Lifecycle
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of computer programs (MS Office, Movemastro)
