Job Title: Compliance Risk Manager

This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of governance risk compliance principles and systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and supporting GRC platforms, including configuration, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Archer GRC platform to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and Compliance teams to develop and implement effective system functionality.
  • Provide training and support to users, maintain accurate documentation, and drive system adoption.
  • Develop strategic dashboards and reports to inform governance and risk insights.
  • Lead enterprise risk assessments and maintain the compliance risk register.
  • Support internal stakeholders with compliance initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on compliance and governance performance.
  • Develop and enforce privacy policies aligned with Australian privacy laws (APPs).
  • Conduct privacy assessments, manage incidents, and regulatory reporting.
  • Work closely with IT and Cybersecurity teams to embed data protection controls.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in GRC, risk, privacy or compliance roles (regulated environments preferred). Strong understanding of Archer GRC or similar systems, knowledge of Australian privacy laws, and risk management methodologies are essential. Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and project management skills are required.
