The Clinical Risk Business Partner plays a crucial role in the Quality and Clinical team. As a key member, this position is responsible for monitoring compliance across clinical risk areas, ensuring robust processes are maintained.

This role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to identify and escalate risks, and providing training and support to home leaders.

Responsibilities include:

Identifying and escalating risks and supporting regular reporting on compliance matters and clinical indicators
">
Building knowledge and capability of home leaders in clinical governance processes and providing training and support
">">
Fostering a positive risk identification environment to promote a strong risk and compliance culture
">
">
To succeed in this role, you will require:
">
A clinical background and at least 5 years' experience in incident or investigation management in a highly regulated industry
">
Strong and engaging communication skills, with demonstrated experience implementing and managing governance, risk and compliance activities
">
Demonstrated experience in successfully responding to risk and governance issues and experience leading in complex environments
">
Highly analytical skills along with a structured and driven approach
">
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
">
A strong understanding of the Australian aged care system and regulatory requirements would be advantageous
">
