Clinical Risk Specialist
">The Clinical Risk Business Partner plays a crucial role in the Quality and Clinical team. As a key member, this position is responsible for monitoring compliance across clinical risk areas, ensuring robust processes are maintained.
">This role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to identify and escalate risks, and providing training and support to home leaders.
">Responsibilities include:

- Identifying and escalating risks and supporting regular reporting on compliance matters and clinical indicators">
- Building knowledge and capability of home leaders in clinical governance processes and providing training and support">
To succeed in this role, you will require:
">A clinical background and at least 5 years' experience in incident or investigation management in a highly regulated industry
">Strong and engaging communication skills, with demonstrated experience implementing and managing governance, risk and compliance activities
">Demonstrated experience in successfully responding to risk and governance issues and experience leading in complex environments
">Highly analytical skills along with a structured and driven approach
">Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
">A strong understanding of the Australian aged care system and regulatory requirements would be advantageous
