**YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY**

Our Girlswear team is growing We're excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity for a passionate **Production Coordinator** to play a key role in managing and coordinating essential production activities from development to shipment. In this role, you'll ensure all timelines, style details, and brand standards are met while acting as the main liaison between our factories and suppliers—handling escalations and resolving production challenges from order placement to shipment.

In addition, you'll provide vital Buying support to the General Manager of New Business Development, assisting with purchase order management and Critical Path Management.

This dual role offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise across both **Production and Buying**, expanding your skillset in a dynamic and friendly environment.

**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US**
- Proven success in a similar role (within a Fashion Womenswear Brand highly desired)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the production life cycle & critical path management
- Well-developed internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Aptitude and willingness to undertake further learning and future development with the business
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability to undertake the role and support the team
- Knows, accepts and adheres to all policies, procedures, guidelines and standards
