Part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, Castle Hill BMW is more than just a showroom - it encompasses all that is BMW under one roof. The dealership is currently looking to appoint a **Guest Services Associate**.

**About the role**:

- Inbound guest service assistance and redirecting of guest enquiries
- Handle and redirect queries & guest concerns
- Handling incoming calls and redirecting as necessary
- Guest data maintenance via our CRM platform
- Provide a friendly guest experience - with the ability to genuinely care and engage with guests

**About you**:
To be successful in your new role you'll have/be:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player with great listening skills
- Good PC knowledge
- A professional attitude consistent with the luxury brand
- Warm, friendly and outgoing phone manner

The successful applicant will have proven automotive retail experience or proven Hospitality/Tourism experience, complimented by exceptional communication and customer service skills. In this role, you will be an ambassador for the BMW brand and utilise your interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers, whilst managing ad-hoc administrative functions for the boutique. You will need to demonstrate great initiative to capitalise on existing and new guest opportunities in addition to outstanding attention to detail.
