As the Program Officer, you will contribute to the efficient and effective management of Homelessness Programs and projects by:

- Coordinating a high volume of information requests and providing accurate and timely advice utilising well-developed communication and time management skills. Drafting a range of written material including proposals, project plans, recommendations, submissions and briefing papers. Actively contributing to program management through planning, budget and program reporting ensuring targets and timelines are achieved. Supporting the development and finalisation of contracts issued to nongovernment organisations. Working within a legislative and regulatory framework. Engaging and coordinating activities with diverse stakeholders. Dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information in a professional and ethical manner. Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations
