Only Hospitality Group is on the hunt for a Venue Manager to join our growing family at MOB Camberwell

As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue, whilst continuing to advance your own hospitality career.

A little about you:

- Experience running a successful hospitality venue and the multi facets it involves
- Basic understanding of P+L statements with eagerness to learn more
- Exceptional management skills with clear leadership capabilities
- Able to foster and nurture a team culture, where upskilling and continuous training is encouraged
- Creating a positive working environment, where delivering elite customer service is a priority
- Exposure to managing stock control, labour benchmarks, expenses, staff training and recruitment
- Calm under pressure and can shine a positive light on anything

Barista Skills
- As the Venue Manager, you'll also be expected to have at least 12 months experience in speciality coffee, including basic latte art
- Able to dial in the house blend and single origins
- Familiar with alternative brew methods, including batch brew and cold brew
