Your work will ensure the integrity offinancial data and provide a strong foundation for timely, informeddecision-making.In this role, you'll also support system updates and helpmaintain clear documentation and user guides to assist colleaguesin getting the most from our finance systems.This position is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented,enjoys working with technology and data, and wants to contribute toa collaborative, purpose-driven organisation.What we offerUp to $123K base + super, including ADOs and leaveloadingNot For Profit salary packaging benefits - pay up to$18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for youCareer break schemes, additional purchased leave andmoreCommitment to on-going professional and careerdevelopmentSubsidised access to your local gym and 200+ more acrossthe country with a Fitness Passport24/7 access to mental, physical, social and financialsupport via EAP.What it takes to do this workTertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, BusinessSystems, Data Science, or a related field.Substantial Experience in a financial systems, businessanalysis, or finance transformation role.Strong understanding of financial and accounting processesand workflows.Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements,map processes, and co-design system solutions withstakeholders.Practical experience supporting financial systems,including upgrades, testing, maintenance, anddocumentation.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the abilityto communicate technical concepts in a clear and practicalway.High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiaritywith reporting or BI tools such as Power BI or TM1.Strong written and verbal communication skills, includingthe ability to document business processes and developuser-focused training materials.Understanding of the aged care sector, including fundingmodels and compliance requirements.Experience with ERP and HRIS platforms such as Epicor,Dayforce, TechnologyOne, Oracle, or SAP.Knowledge of financial data structures and how theyintegrate across payroll, HR, and operational systems.Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such asLean, Six Sigma, or Agile.Experience delivering user training and onboarding forfinancial systems and tools.What our people love about working here:A supportive, passionate culture: It's acommunity filled with inspiring, big-hearted people.
