Finance Systems Analyst

This is a unique opportunity to join our organisation and contribute to the enhancement of our finance and payroll systems.

The role requires collaboration with various teams across the organisation to understand their needs, identify opportunities for system improvements, and implement changes that streamline processes and support compliance.

You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, mapping processes, and co-designing system solutions with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial systems, business analysis, or finance transformation roles and possess a strong understanding of financial and accounting processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements
  • MAPPING PROCESS FLOWS
  • Co-designing system solutions with stakeholders
  • SUPPORTING SYSTEM UPDATES AND DOCUMENTATION
  • DELIVERING USER TRAINING AND ONBOARDING

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • Substantial experience in financial systems, business analysis, or finance transformation roles
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes and workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting or BI tools such as Power BI or TM1
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP and HRIS platforms such as Epicor, Dayforce, TechnologyOne, Oracle, or SAP
