About the Role
The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales function and be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships in the shed manufacturing and retail sector.
This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will develop close collaboration with our reseller network and offshore manufacturing divisions to bolster local offerings, enhance project efficiency, and maintain strong industry partnerships.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must have proven experience in sales at the senior management level within the shed manufacturing sector, as well as strong knowledge of shed products and construction materials.
Safety Steel is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader with demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as a sound understanding of design and construction processes, including project management principles.
Candidates must be willing to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
