**The role**: In this role you will manage and expedite all projects to ensure quality outcomes are delivered on or ahead of time and under budget. Ensuring manufactured goods and parts are competitively sourced and supplied on time to ensure efficient production schedules are maintained. You will be collaborating with engineers, designers, operators and managers. You will ensure that the result of every project meets the highest standards and reflects our brand values: strength, synergy and service.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare procurement list for projects / production, in liaison with project managers and engineers.
- Produce and review material lists, in line with projects budgets and forecasts
- Secure and engage with new suppliers and subcontractors
- Engage with engineers, negotiate with suppliers and manage subcontractors
- Produce and maintain the procurement schedules
- Ensure procurement procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Managing overseas supply chains

**What we're looking for**:

- 5+ years' experience in procurement and scheduling
- A good understanding of project management methodologies applicable to construction
- A strong background in equipment technology as well as a sound mechanical & electrical ability
- A good understanding of Australia & New Zealand legislative, regulatory and authority standards including WH&S and environment
- Good knowledge of foreign currency and overseas procurement
- Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders of all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure with a can-do attitude
