Job Description

The role of Aged-Care Operations Coordinator is critical in overseeing the daily operations and supporting person-centred care services. This position enables clients to live safely and independently while staying connected to their cultural heritage and family.

This role collaborates closely with the Quality, Compliance and Strategy team, providing operational feedback to the Executive Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations for aged-care services.
  • Support the delivery of person-centred care services.
  • Collaborate with the Quality, Compliance and Strategy team.
  • Provide operational feedback to the Executive Manager.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, adaptability, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced degree in Individual Support, Community Services, or Home Care (or working towards these).
  • Senior experience in the Aged-Care industry and familiarity with the Aged-Care standards and regulatory framework.
  • Current NT Drivers License.
  • Current Ochre Card and Criminal History Check.
  • Leadership experience.

Additionally, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
