Job Summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities.

As an Operations Specialist, you will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role – protecting our national security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information effectively.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, set realistic timeframes and goals, and monitor progress.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status accurately to all stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet the required standards.
  • Establish clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project objectives and updates.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Hold an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Have at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.

This role requires on-site work 100% of the time.
