About the Role

We're seeking a strategic leader to join our City Assets team and manage Council's diverse real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager- City Property, you will lead a high-performing team delivering leasing, licensing, acquisitions, disposals, and road processes, while driving compliance, policy development and revenue growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll provide property solutions that are commercially sound, legally robust and aligned with community needs. Your collaborative leadership style will support performance, innovation and integration across departments, positioning property as a key enabler of Playford's long-term strategic and organisational goals.

About You

With your proven experience in property or land management, you will have the capability to lead complex negotiations and navigate legal, commercial, and operational challenges with confidence. Sound understanding of leasing, licensing, acquisitions, and property legislation will be essential, ideally within a local government or similarly regulated environment. You're a values-driven leader with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset, able to balance competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes. Your ability to support team performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and your commitment to ethical leadership will be a standout in this role.
