Few places are as ruggedly beautiful and steeped in history as the Tasman Peninsula, and NRMA Port Arthur Holiday Park is at its heart. This is a family friendly medium sized property, it offers a pump track, pizza oven, playground, cabins, camping/van sites and glamping safari tents.

NRMA Parks and Resorts expanding portfolio of owned and managed holiday parks currently features over 50 holiday parks and resorts in iconic tourism locations around Australia.

**The Role**:
Commencing mid-June, this is a 12-month contract position, (with potential to extend). Training will be provided onsite with the outgoing managers and at our Coolangatta Support Office prior to commencement. Ultimately you will have sound experience in confidently managing medium sized properties. You will have strong leadership and a customer-centric and hands-on approach, with demonstrated experience in hospitality, or tourism-based management or managing an accommodation-based business. We welcome innovation, initiative, enthusiasm and a grounded, guest focused and commercial mindset. As a Park Manager you are required to live on site - accommodation and utilities are provided for as part of your total remuneration package. A 3-bedroom house is provided onsite.

This is an exciting and rewarding offering. It is a lifestyle choice for the right couple. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will operate a profitable and sustainable business. Management teams must either possess or be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have their own ABN.

- Managing financials (budgets & planning) with a refined sense of commercial acumen
- Leading by example ensuring efficient management practices are employed, maintaining compliance with safety, statutory and brand standards

A successful management team will consider themselves confident, 'all-rounders' and have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park and resort environment. This varied role will see you, build and maintain successful relationships with employees, guests and key stakeholders. You will provide a versatile and hands on approach in leadership, support and in all areas of park operations.
- Current valid Drivers Licence - essential
- Current First Aid and CPR - essential
- Current WWCC - essential

We offer competitive contract terms and ongoing support from our Operations staff who will induct you to our company and methodologies. We also provide continued support and guidance for our managers in such areas as marketing, finance, IT, caravan park legislation and workplace health and safety.
