Our ideal candidate for this role aligns with our values of integrity, collaboration, and customer focus, bringing professionalism and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact Required Work Experience & Skills: 1–2 years' experience in sales, product support, or customer service (healthcare/medical device industry highly regarded).
Proven ability to understand and communicate technical product information clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability.
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Salesforce and CRM systems.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and team members.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within a specialist role.
Flexibility to travel for customer visits, training, and events when required.
