**About us**:
Not A Trace is a privately owned, Australian family business with more than 30 years of experience in food manufacturing and recognised as a pioneer and leader in developing the best tasting 'free from' baked biscuits and snacks.

We are currently recruiting for **Production Workers **to join our team. We operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (Sunday night through to Friday night).
**We are currently recruiting for the following shifts**:

- Day Shift (6am - 2pm)
- Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm) _shift penalties apply_

This role would suit experienced production mixers/bakers who have experience with process machinery, and experience in mixers and ovens would be a considerable advantage.

**About the role**:
Working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment you will be part of a team responsible for operating production equipment and maintaining our high-quality standards by following set procedures.

Your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Operation of blending equipment and other machines as required
- Weighing ingredients
- Quality checking of product requirements
- Hand packing and distribution
- General factory cleaning
- Manual batching and mixing
- Current Food Safety Certificate and a clear understanding and commitment to the principles of food safety;
- Strong work ethic with demonstrated reliability;
- A great attitude and a genuine desire to produce high quality results;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (must be highly proficient in English)
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experience in a factory environment;
- A willingness to undertake shift work;
- Relevant qualification;
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.

**Salary**: From $24.76 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Food Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Food Safety Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:
