The Creative Lead will manage and oversee the Crown in-house Creative Services team and is creatively responsible for the creative development and delivery of content and assets to be used across Crown brand and property touchpoints including (but not limited to) partnership activations, event activations, PR activations, brand-led social, loyalty program, Crown TV, and tactical property campaigns.
- Responsibility and governance for creating, integrating, and protecting the distinctive Crown brand purpose, vision, story, and identity across all activity initiated through the studio.
- Oversee the ideation, development, and execution of content for various marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, video, and events.
- Collaborate with inhouse creative services team to ensure the integration of creative concepts and messaging into all marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a creative team of direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide constructive feedback and development opportunities.
- Review and approve creative deliverables (visual and written) to ensure they meet Crown brand standards.
- Help implement to the new Crown Brand Identity and Campaign assets for brands and sub-brands ensuring consistency and integrity of the brand across all creative assets, always maintaining brand guidelines and standards.

- Proven ability to lead strong creative teams and demonstrate you have the capability of developing high performing teams.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects delivered during your career.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have a strong creative vision and the ability to conceptualise, develop, and communicate compelling ideas and concept within the Crown Brand Guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and meets business expectations.
- Demonstrated the ability to lead teams, provide direction, guidance and support to team members and further help develop the skills of team members to reach their potential both as individuals and as a group.
