About the Opportunity

The Opportunity Involves
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing professional communication skills.
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and processes related to client billing and systems management.
- Coordinate internal meetings and training sessions.
- Manage client bookings, meetings, supervisions, and cancellations.
- Prepare correspondence, agendas, presentations, reports, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Handle sensitive information and data with the utmost confidentiality and ethical care.
- Manage travel arrangements, including bookings and itinerary generation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling multiple projects with a high degree of professionalism.
- Collaborate and support business owners and functional managers across various departments to achieve our strategic plan, including Accounts, Quality and Safeguarding, Psychology, People and Culture, Business Development, Research, and Clinical Services.
- Uphold professional practice and behaviour at all times.
- Foster corporate loyalty in communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Embody and promote the organisation's vision, mission, values, and goals.
- Stay updated and maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous professional development opportunities.

**Skills and Experiences**:
The Essentials
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Knowledge of NDIS funding, service agreements, and plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data input skills.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads, multitask, and work autonomously.
- Initiative and a strong team-player mentality.
- Understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and data management.
- A satisfactory outcome for a National Criminal History Check.
- A valid Driver License.

Desirable
- A minimum of a Cert IV in Administration or a relevant qualification.
- Previous experience working for an NDIS provider.
