**The Role**

McIlwain are seeking an experienced Contractors Quality Representative who will be responsible for implementation of Quality Management System and Quality Assurance Procedures and Plans for a project based near the Gold Coast.

**Responsibilities**
- Development and maintenance of the Quality Management Plan.
- Preparation of monthly claims based on Lot QA and Quantities.
- Communication with Client representative on Quality matters and approvals.
- Assist SE/PE with the preparation of non-conformance reports as required.
- Review completed NCRs including all corrective and preventative actions and close-out.

You will have the following key attributes:

- At least 4 years' experience in a CQR role or similar in the civil construction industry.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient with specifications and computer software (Excel, Word, CivilPro).
- TMR experience desirable.
