We are a vibrant, solid, stable team looking for a passionate Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team.Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our extremely busy 13-chair practice.

The Opportunity:We have an extremely rare, versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Tea Tree Plaza practice available for a Dental Assistant seeking permanent full-time work:Modern dental practice with 13 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments across our two practices in the shopping centre- allowing us to service the community
Friendly, welcoming, fun and dedicated teamCondensed work week – 3 days off per week
Convenient shopping centre location with parking and access to public transport on siteMaintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patientsPrepare patients & facilities for dental treatmentDeliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsTreatment coordinationProvide instrument sterilisationMaintain infection control standards and proceduresAccess to extensive and incomparable employee discounts and benefits programYou'll be:Ideally 1+ years' experience working in a similar role, however we are looking for the right person for our team
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regardedYou're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganised with attention to detailAbility to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted mannerApply now, we'll be interviewing as soon as applications are received
