About The Role
Bakers Delight Figtree is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bakers Assistant to join our team.
This is a casual position based in our bakery located in Figtree, NSW 2525.
As a Bakers Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our bakers in the production of high-quality baked goods.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting bakers with the preparation, mixing, and shaping of dough
Monitoring and maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance
Packaging and labelling baked products to meet customer and regulatory requirements
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in accordance with food safety standards
Providing excellent customer service and assisting with other duties as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment, preferably as a Bakers Assistant
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and production processes accurately
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
A keen interest in baking and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
