**About The Role**:
The Case Manager objective is to provide complex case management to disengaged, high-needs learners with aim to help reduce the barriers they face in participating and succeeding in education, training and the workforce.
- Locate, engage and attract eligible individuals back into a learning or work environment using a variety of methods such as outreach, levering existing networks and referral pathways.
- Identify and document the support needs of the participant and refer to support services through partnerships and connections. The span of services required may include, but is not limited to: personal development and capacity building, foundation skills and employment programs, counselling, housing, health and careers information, planning and advice.Identify education and training support needs and facilitate participation in education and/or identify employment needs and goals. Facilitate employment opportunities with industry partners if required

**We are excited about you because you have**:

- A minimum of a Diploma qualification or equivalent, preferably in community services, career counselling, employment services or youth work.
- Experience working with participants who are early school leavers, long term unemployed, Asylum Seekers, on Youth Justice orders, have experience of a Child Protection order, are from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, Indigenous backgrounds and individuals who identify in the LGBTIQA+
- Extensive demonstrated industry experience in providing case management to a complex, high needs client group, with a focus on assisting with vocational choices and transition to education, training and employment pathways.
- Knowledge of local agencies and ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships with local service providers.
- Clear evidence of practical referral skills required for wrap around support.
