Role
Guild Insurance is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Claims Service Specialist
with a strong background in commercial property claims or lodgement to join our Melbourne team on a 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a values-driven organisation that puts customers first. You'll be the initial contact for new claims and play a key role in setting the strategy and ensuring a smooth claims journey.
Responsibilities
Receive and triage new commercial Property claims, ensuring accurate data capture
Set customer expectations and appoint service providers in line with guidelines
Manage a portfolio of low complexity claims with a focus on financial and customer outcomes
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
Commercial property claims or lodgement experience is a must
Experience using ClaimsCenter (highly desirable)
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with strong relationship management and communication skills
Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail, with high computer literacy and organisational capability
Empathetic and culturally aware, with the ability to support diverse customer needs and work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
