Role
Guild Insurance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Claims Service Specialist with a strong background in commercial property claims or lodgement to join our Melbourne team on a 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a values-driven organisation that puts customers first. You'll be the initial contact for new claims and play a key role in setting the strategy and ensuring a smooth claims journey.
Responsibilities
- Receive and triage new commercial Property claims, ensuring accurate data capture
- Set customer expectations and appoint service providers in line with guidelines
- Manage a portfolio of low complexity claims with a focus on financial and customer outcomes
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Commercial property claims or lodgement experience is a must
- Experience using ClaimsCenter (highly desirable)
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with strong relationship management and communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail, with high computer literacy and organisational capability
- Empathetic and culturally aware, with the ability to support diverse customer needs and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
