Overview
Food & Beverage Attendant position at ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget (Ibis Adelaide) in Adelaide, SA.
Join a team focused on delivering friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service that meets guests' expectations.
Take orders, maximize sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
Perform order taking and follow a sequence of service to a 5-star standard.
Maintain clean and hygienic tables and service areas during service.
Take responsibility for your designated area/section and station.
Answer the telephone promptly and promote products with knowledge and upselling.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage server is preferred.
Experience in a la carte service, bar, banquets and events is valued but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Hold a valid RSA in South Australia.
Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
