Assist in developing, launching and maintaining a product portfolio to deliver customer needs in APAC region and to maximise revenue and growth.
- Responsible for driving demand for digital products by tailoring apps and portals to customer requirements
- Support customer relationship manager in setting up, tracking and reporting on the customers' digital usage through the LifeWorks app
- Support the Director of strategy, products and partnership and Product Manager with developing business cases for changes to the products offering or its delivery to market.
- Identify new topics and products which can be relevant to add to the digital offering
- Support in the communication to sales and commercial team of any new product development
- To support the Product team in delivering innovative solutions and excellent service for our clients, both internal and external.
- To contribute to the Product teams in delivery of the Product Roadmap
