**About the opportunity**
The Spec Manager is part of the Arden Homes sales team and reports to the CEO. The key focus of this role is to lead and manage the specification process across all residential projects, ensuring delivery of high quality, cost-effective and buildable selections that align to customer expectations and business objectives. More specifically, you will:
- Develop and manage the operations of specification management, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate documentation, ensuring pipeline is secured for proceeding financial year's budget
- Strategically partner and maintain strong relationships with land developers, vendors, suppliers and council authorities.
- Conduct regular one on one meetings with team members to establish goals and performance and provide feedback
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular analyses and reporting on performance whilst seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
