Strata Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Strata Manager to join a professional team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use strata schemes
  • Coordinate and attend AGMs, committee meetings, and extraordinary meetings
  • Advise clients on relevant strata legislation, compliance, and best practices
  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and contractor coordination
  • Prepare and manage budgets, levies, and financial documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with strata committees, owners, and service providers
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and legislative compliance
  • Handle client correspondence and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience in strata management (mid-level experience preferred)
  • Solid understanding of NSW strata legislation and processes
  • Certificate of Registration (Strata) is essential; Class 1 licence is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in strata management software (e.g., StrataMaster, StrataMax)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
