About the Role :
Clinical Pharmacist – eMedication Management Grade 2
Full Time Position (40 hours / week with RDO every 4 weeks) and tax-effective salary packaging, located in East Melbourne, a short walk to the CBD.
We have a unique opportunity to join our pharmacy team as a Clinical Pharmacist responsible for electronic medication management.
This role offers the chance to develop digital, clinical, organisational, and interpersonal skills in a newly redeveloped, state-of-the-art hospital.
This is a rotational position with key responsibilities including providing clinical pharmacy services to patients.
Additionally, the role involves being the Subject Matter Expert for medication-related digital health applications and supporting our Clinical Informatics Team with medication content.
About you
Registration with AHPRA as a practising pharmacist with no restrictions
Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a clinical pharmacist in an Australian hospital setting
Prior experience with electronic prescribing software, preferably Cerner
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Dedicated to promoting medication safety and the quality use of medicines
Inspired to lead process improvements in electronic medication management
