**About the role**

As a Retail Team Member you will be part of a dedicated team and will often be the first point of contact with our customers. Based at our Stratco Gawler Store you will find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco's products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

**Key **responsibilities**
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
- Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies

**About you**
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and/or the building industry preferred
- Estimating and design skills will be highly regarded
- Highly organised with the ability to work in fast paced environment
- Eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer's needs
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
- Possess a genuine desire to further develop a leadership career

**This is a permanent full-time opportunity, requiring the flexibility to work alternate weekends.**
