**- Lead the implementation of the department's Learning and Development Strategy and Action Plan to uplift capability and grow critical talent to support delivery of the department's Strategic Workforce Plan and a high performing workforce.
- Manage, coach, motivate and develop the learning and development team to deliver best practice outcomes.
- Utilise effective project management methodology to plan and manage innovative and efficient learning solutions projects and ensure business benefit realisation.
- Lead and undertake learning needs analysis, plans, instructional design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation to support target learning outcomes.
- Develop, implement and monitor performance measures, contribute to reporting, and identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
- Prepare materials to support development of policy papers, cabinet submissions, briefings, reports and/or other documents on learning and development practices and initiatives.
