As Our Manager, Learning And Development You Will
Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of projects focused on leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, and critical capability programs, ensuring alignment with workforce priorities through modern learning strategies.
- Conduct learning needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation.
- Enhance data systems to improve program evaluation and delivery.
- Establish and maintain networks to drive engagement in workforce initiatives.
- In partnership with the Director, Program Support Services manage the learning and development budget in accordance with financial management policies.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and submissions on workforce strategy and leadership development.
- Support the Director, Program Support Services and collaborate effectively across the HR Strategy Leadership Team to drive strategic outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning by identifying future capability needs and aligning learning initiatives to support long-term workforce sustainability.
- Ensure learning and development policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant legislation, standards, and NFAEP governance frameworks.
- Lead the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies and innovative delivery methods to enhance accessibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive learning and development outcomes.
- Develop and implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness, impact, and return on investment of learning and development initiatives.
- Identify and manage risks associated with learning and development activities, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
