Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Northgate, QLD

Hours: Full-time, 38 hours/week

We're now seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to support our high standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the QA team in maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone with experience in quality assurance within pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct routine QA checks and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP and internal standards.

· Support investigations into non-conformances, deviations, and CAPAs.

· Assist in the review and approval of batch documentation and quality records.

· Maintain QA documentation systems including data entry, filing, and document control.

· Participate in internal audits and support external audit preparations.

· Collaborate with production and laboratory teams to ensure quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications & Experience

· Certificate IV or Diploma in Quality Assurance, Laboratory Technology, or related field.

· years' experience in QA or regulated manufacturing environment.

· Understanding of GMP principles and regulatory compliance.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Strong documentation and time management skills.
