**About the Role**:
Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Providing a high standard of customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, guests and Stakeholders
- Processing reservations, changes and payments in line with company policy
- Checking guests in and out and settling their accounts
- Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth operation
- Providing guests with information about the resort and local areas of interest
- The sale of third-party products and merchandise as required
- Completing relevant day-to-day departmental checklists

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
- Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable Reservation Booking System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Heaps of enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required
