**Job Description**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external & internal guests at all times.
- Assisting guests with enquiries and complaints and providing accurate information to guests about property facilities and features.
- Checking guests in and out of the Hotel in a timely manner.
- Handling guest enquiries and providing information on local attractions, giving directions where required.
- Taking reservations as required.
- Ensuring accurate payment of guest accounts.

**Qualifications**:
**ALL about you**:

- Previous customer service experience is desired, particularly in a hotel environment.
- Enthusiastic, with a natural ability to build rapport both in-person and over the telephone.
- Be able to work a flexible 7-day roster.
- You will have a strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office & Opera (or similar hotel management system).
