**What you'll be doing?**
- ** Driving category performance**: Achieve and exceed sales, gross profit, and budget targets through effective product, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- ** Data-driven decision-making**: Deep dive insights to guide your pricing and promotional strategies across all channels.
- ** Strategic range management**: Optimise space, inventory, and product mix to meet market demand and deliver a market leading customer experience.
- ** Product innovation & sourcing**: Develop compelling product offers, including exclusive and private brand products, in collaboration with local and global sourcing teams.
- ** Stakeholder & supplier engagement**: Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with internal teams and trade partners.
**What we are looking for?**
- ** Hand on experience**: 5+ years in retail category or product management, preferably in tools or automotive.
- ** Commercial acumen**: Strong understanding of business commercials.
- Negotiation & supplier management: You're confident working with both local and overseas suppliers.
- ** Hands-on approach**: You aren't afraid to deep dive into the data and get on the tools to execute the strategy.
- ** Strategic thinking**: You thrive on developing and executing long-term category strategies with tangible results.
- ** Technical skills**: Advanced Excel and strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite.
