About the role
The Internal Communications & Project Coordinator plays a key role in employee engagement through the creation of meaningful internal communications and leading people centred projects that positively impact employee experience.
You will be part of a People & Culture team that prides itself on being inclusive and highly motivated to make a difference for our employees across Australia and New Zealand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Write & distribute internal communications: this includes a weekly employee newsletter, other regular updates, as well as ad hoc and targeted communication pieces.
- Projects: Take ownership of, or provide support across a range of projects, including assisting with Employee Engagement surveys, Graduate Program and Mentor Program to name a few.
- Content and website management: Keep content up to date on the company's intranet site, and update people information on our external websites.
- Collateral creation and maintenance: Create and develop a range of ad hoc collateral including company policy documents and company credentials.
- Project Support: Creating and maintaining calendars of work and managing employee data to inform the work we do.

Knowledge/Experience
- Communications qualifications or experience - in particular internal communications
- Project coordination experience
- High level of attention to detail - skilled at creating professional communications as well as proofreading and editing
- Confident navigating basic Content Management Systems
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Experienced working in complex environments, managing multiple tasks, stakeholders, competing priorities
- You thrive in an energetic environment where no two days are the same, and always go the extra mile to make a difference
- Warm, authentic style with an ability to connect with people from a diverse variety of backgrounds
