We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Lifestyle Assistant.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recreational and social programs that enhance the well-being of our residents. This will include maintaining records of programs, including design, resident participation and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recreational and social programs for residents
  • Maintain records of programs, including design and evaluation
  • Assist residents in accordance with their lifestyle plans
  • Ensure programs meet accreditation standards and resident needs
  • Engage residents and encourage them to participate in their local community
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure, as well as demonstrated understanding of residents' cognitive, social and spiritual needs. You will also need empathy and ability to build strong connections with residents and their families.
