We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager on a 12 month contract in our Iron Infusion portfolio. The Iron Infusion portfolio is one of CSL Seqirus's largest portfolios and is in an exciting growth phase of its lifecycle with a significant company investment to support the growth in this portfolio.

In this key position, you will report to the Business Unit Director and work alongside a senior brand manager. You will have input into the strategy and tactical execution of the Ferinject brand plan in collaboration with the wider brand team. The role calls for someone who is curious and innovative in identifying new opportunities to drive further growth for this very important brand and strong collaboration skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.

Role Priorities/Responsibilities:

- Develop deep market insights and translate these into effective actions to unlock opportunities and growth
- Develop strategies and key initiatives to drive the performance of the brands
- Drive implementation of brand strategy by developing and executing multichannel tactical plans with clear and deliverable ROI
- Brand team input/ work collaboratively and closely with key cross functional partners to deliver on brand plans enabling optimal brand performance
- Build valuable partnerships with external stakeholders including key opinion leaders within the therapeutic area
- Champion the brands internally, translating strategy and implementing key tactics and initiatives to the salesforce so they are clear and motivated to deliver

Your Experience:

- Degree in a science-related discipline (preferable)
- 5+ years marketing and sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Effective utilisation of multichannel promotion including digital marketing in a portfolio or brand promotional plan
- Innovative & strategic thinker, influencer & collaborator, results driven and an engaging and inspirational leader
- Creation of impactful marketing campaigns
